Definition of Christian / Biblical Fundamentalism

​WHAT IS CHRISTIAN / BIBLICAL FUNDAMENTALISM?

Definition 1: A Christian Fundamentalist is One who Contends Earnestly for the Faith by Speaking out, Separating from and Guarding against False Teachers from bringing in False Teachings into the Church. – John Khng

Definition 2: Biblical Fundamentalism is a movement that believes, obeys, proclaims, and contends for the vital doctrines of inerrant Scripture and separates from those who deny those clear truths.

Definition 3: Fundamentalism as defined by the World Congress of Fundamentalists in 1976.

Definition 4 - “Ideally, a Christian Fundamentalist is one who desires to reach out in love and compassion to people, believes and defends the whole Bible as the absolute , inerrant, and authoritative Word of God, and stands committed to the doctrine amd practice of holiness.” – David O Bealle, “In Pursuit of Purity,” p. 3
